Politics Panther is a tutoring resource maintained by David Clayton (David Clayton Tutoring), based in the United Kingdom. This notice tells you what personal information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what your rights are under UK GDPR.

The legal basis for processing this information is our legitimate interest in providing and improving an educational service that you have asked to access.

Two services are involved in running the site, both acting as data processors under our instruction:

Both are GDPR-compliant. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your account record for as long as you have access to the site. If you go more than 12 months without signing in, we will delete your account and the associated activity records, unless you tell us you would prefer to keep them. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

The session cookie (named panther_session) is automatically deleted from your browser 90 days after you last signed in.
